I hope to be back to adding more information in the next few days, but for now just some work out notes.
Strength work:
15 minutes to find a one rep max clean
Worked up from an empty bar and was able to successfully squat clean 210lbs
Conditioning WOD:
15min AMRAP with 95lbs
1x Clean
1x Front Squat
1x Push Press
1x Cluster
Every 3rd minute perform 10x Burpees
11 rounds
